This has NOT been a good week for me feeling fab. I didn't get to the gym once, and my diet has not been great. I did try to drink more water and less wine, can that count somehow? On top of that you can add that my Fibromyalgia has been going crazy so I've been fighting amazing amounts of pain. I would love to say that I went to get my hair or nails done to feel fab, but I didn't even do that this week, I only complained about needing it done. Really anti-fab. This week I've even been toying with the idea of NOT walking that Disney 5K so that I would have more time to do other things on vacation. I know if I walk the 5K I'll need time to recover and that day is just going to be shot. I want to enjoy my vacation, not be stressed out over my Fibromyalgia. I'm not hopping on the scale for you today, I just can't bring myself to do it. Health wise this week has been the anti-fab.
